| قصدت الباحثة إلى دراسة النسخ باعتباره أحد القواعد المعينة لإزالة التعارض بين الأدلة من قبل علماء الأصول ذاکرة تعريف النسخ وماهيته مبينة الفرق بين النسخ والتخصيص ،وما بينهما من أوجه اتفاق واختلاف،ثم ذکرت أنواع النسخ وشروطه ممثلة لکل ذلک.
