Abstract
تمثل اللامرکزية احد أهم النظم التي يمکن من خلالها تمکين المواطنين في المجتمع المحلى من المشارکة الفعالة والحقيقية في إدارة الشئون العامة المحلية للمجتمعات التي يعيشون بها ويتحدد الهدف الرئيس للدراسة في تحديد دور وواقع اللامرکزية فى تحسين جودة خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية بالمجتمعات الجديدة وذلک من خلال(اللامرکزية الادراية، لامرکزية التمويل ، واللامرکزية الجغرافية)، وتعد هذه الدراسة من الدراسة الوصفية والتى اعتمدت على منهج المسح الاجتماعى الشامل لاعضاء مجلس امناء مدينة اسيوط الجديدة والبالغ عددهم(34)، واعتمدت الدراسة على استبيان لاعضاء مجلس امناء مدينة اسيوط الجديدة ، وتوصلت الدراسة الى وضع خطة تخطيطية لتفعيل اللامرکزية فى تحسين جودة خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية بالمجتمعات الجديدة
Decentralization is one of the most important systems through which citizens in the local community can be empowered to effectively and truly participate in managing the local public affairs of the communities in which they live. The main objective of the study is to define the role and reality of decentralization in improving the quality of social care services in new societies through (administrative decentralization) Funding decentralization and geographical decentralization), and this study is a descriptive study that relied on a comprehensive social survey methodology for the 34 members of the Board of Trustees of the New Assiut City, and the study relied on a questionnaire for members of the Board of Trustees of the New Assiut city, and the study reached a planning plan. To activate decentralization in improving the quality of social care services in new communities
