| تناول المؤرخون الحديث عن فترة المائة الأخيرة من عصر سلاطين المماليک وتناثرت أقوالهم في مؤلفاتهم، واتفق -أغلبها- على کون هذه الفترة من فترات الفساد السياسي خاصة بعد موت "المؤيد شيخ" إلى سقوط الدولة؛ وذلک نظرًا لکثرة عزل وتعيين سلاطين المماليک، وقصر مدة حکم الواحد منهم، غير أن هذا لم يمنع برسباي الدقماقي" الأمير الطموح"، أن يصل إلى سدة الحکم المصري في هذه الفترة المميزة والمتمايزة "825-841هـ/1421-1437م"، ويمد فترة حکمه لأکثر من خمسة عشر عامًا، مما برهن على الاستقرار السياسي وقلة الاضطرابات، إلا إن سمة ثالثة اتسم بها عصره وهي.. سوء الأوضاع الاقتصادية، فکيف حدث هذا التناقض والتمايز في فترة حکم برسباي، وما هو حجم الدور الذي لعبه في تدهور الأحوال الاقتصادية بالسلطنة المملوکية ؟ وعلى أي نوع من الدعائم استند في قيام سياسته الاقتصادية؟ وکيف کانت هذه الدعائم وسيلةً وهدفًا له لجمع المال، وملأ الخزانة السلطانية بالمال الوفير، وفيما کانت موارد إنفاقه؟ کل ذلک في نقاط رئيسة سوف نتناولها من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية، في محاولة لکشف الغموض عن هذا السلطان وسياساته الاقتصادية ومنهجه في الحکم، خلال هذه الفترة من تاريخ مصر الإسلامية. Abstract: Historians have dealt with the recent period of the last hundred years of the Mamluk sultans and their words were scattered in their works, and most of them agreed that this period of political corruption, especially after the death of "El moeed -Sheikh" to the fall of the Mamluk state, due to the large isolation and appointment of the Mamluk sultans, and short The rule of one of them, but this did not prevent Persbay Daqmaki "ambitious prince", to reach the 'rule of Egyptian rule in this distinctive and distinctive period' 825-841 AH, and extends his rule for more than fifteen years, which demonstrated the political stability and lack of unrest However, a third feature was characterized by his age, It is ….. Poor economic conditions, how did this contradiction and differentiation occurred during the rule of the Mamluk Sultan of persbay, and how much he played in the deterioration of economic conditions in the Mamluk Sultanate? And on what kind of pillars was based on the establishment of economic policy? How were these pillars a means and purpose for him to raise money, and filled the Royal Treasury with abundant money, and what was the resources of spending? All this in key points will be addressed through this paper, in an attempt to uncover the ambiguity of this Sultan and his economic policies and approach to governance, during this period of the history of Islamic Egypt. | ||||
