Abstract | ||
This research mainly aimed to study the agricultural extension role of field schools in Beheira Governorate . Aquestionnaire through personal interview was to collect data for this from 160 respondent . statistical methods for analyzing research data including : mean , standard deviation , simple coloration coefficient and multiple gradual regression . Important findings could be summarized as follows: 1- Knowledge level was about (15 %) was low , and (59,4 %) has moderate level while (25,6 %)had high level . 2- The results showed that age , education level , exposure to sources of agricultural information , motives of field school admission , land tenure , and participation in extension activities have explained (45,1 %) of the variance in the knowledge level of the respondents . 3- The application level was about (18,8 %) was low and (60 %) has moderate level while (21,2 %) had high level . 4- The results revealed that age , education level , exposure to sources of agricultural information , motives of field school admission , participation in extenstion activation , land tenure and duration of field school enrollment have explained (44,2 %) of the variance in the application level of the respondents .
