Abstract | ||||
This study aimed to make a comparison between the use of e-learning and Traditional education in working with groups and developing the skills of master's students, the study was applied to (19) faculty member’s department of working with groups at the faculty of social work helwan university, and applied to (25) students in the second level master’s stage, department of working with groups, faculty of social work helwan university, the study results indicate that There are statistically significant differences between the use of e-learning and traditional education in working with groups and developing of skills as a whole for masters students in favor of e-learning from the viewpoint of faculty members significance at (0.01), however there are no statistically significant differences between the use of e-learning and traditional education in working with groups and developing of skills as a whole for students of the master's stage in favor of e-learning from the viewpoint of students of the master's stage, This indicates that masters students are not aware of the importance and role of e-learning in developing skills as a whole, the study reached That e-learning helps to develop the mental, professional and general skills of master's students | ||||
