| Abstract This study investigates comparative study between performance measures of the queueing system without and with priority with application on the National Bank of Egypt- Zagazig Branch, using daily data for customer access and the rate of service performance during the period of July 2 until August 8 in 2014. The study used this phenomenon and also use the program (QM for windows). | ||
