Abstract | ||||
We are currently living in the era of the third digital transformation, and new challenges are posed for governments, companies, businessmen and customers / consumers. Schmarzo (2017) emphasizes that the era of digital transformation represents “the application of digital capabilities to processes, products and assets” with the aim of “improving efficiency, enhancing customer value, managing risk, and uncovering new revenue opportunities”. Likewise, Bertini (2016) notes that digital transformation not only impacts lives, but also affects individuals' experiences. | ||||
