| Abstract | ||||
| وخاصة فرع علم الاجتماع الجنائي، نظراً لما يترتب على العود من تبعات اجتماعية واقتصادية وثقافية وسياسية خطيرة ولهذا فمن الأهمية بمکان أن نتعرض لأهم الأبعاد الاجتماعية التي ترتبط بهذه الظاهرة مثل الأسرة والتعليم والحي السکني والوصم والمخالطة الفارقة کأبرز الأبعاد التي تلعب دوراً محورياً في تشکيل سلوک العائدين للجريمة خاصة بعد تعرضهم لتجربة السجن والمؤسسات الإصلاحية، کل هذه العوامل وغيرها تعد من أهم مقومات الوقاية من العود وتأهيل المفرج عنهم للاندماج الناجح بالمجتمع وأداء وظائفهم وأدوارهم الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والثقافية کما ينبغي أن تکون. Abstract: Recidivism is one of the most important social phenomena that occupied a large part of sociologists’ thinking in the fields of sociology, especially the branch of criminal sociology, given the consequences of the Recidivism of serious social, economic, cultural and political consequences, and for this it is important that we are exposed to the most important social dimensions associated with these The phenomenon such as family, education, residential neighborhood, stigma and differential association which are the most essential dimensions that play an important role in forming the behavior of Recidivists, especially after they have experience in the prison or correctional institutions. These and other factors are some of the most important elements of prevention and rehabilitation of recidivists for the successful reentry to society and the performance of their social, economic and cultural roles as it should | ||||
