| Abstract | ||
| The research shows that the wind-catcher was an Egyptian invention. The wind-catcher played an indirect role for the lighting, and also helped to reduce the noise came from outside. Ancient Egyptians have been careful to build some of the wind-catchers in the halls of their palaces and tombs. This study showed that there are two types of wind-catchers with some mentioned examples. | ||
