| Abstract | ||||
| The main objective of the study is to measure the extent of the continuity of achieving quality elements in the Department of Library and Information at Al-Azhar University, Menoufia Branch, and the study covered the time period from the date of the department’s approval on May 29, 2017. Until the study’s closure in February 2021, the study relied on the descriptive and analytical approach, and the data collection tools were represented in The reference list, personal interview and observation, and one of the most important results of the study is that the Department of Library and Information at Al-Azhar University, Menoufia Branch, continues to achieve the elements of quality,Among the most important recommendations of the study is the necessity of speeding up the movement of movements in the various departments and making the necessary arrangements as a result of referring employees to retirement, the need to increase the rate of self-resource development of the department to adequately support its resources, and the need to work on changing the bylaws of changing the department’s school bylaw to allow the inclusion of field training and its description according to learning outcomes. The target of the program is the need to work on engaging the department in research projects funded by local, regional and international institutions, and to work on speeding up the introduction of a postgraduate program for the Department of Library and Information, and to work on representing community parties in decision-making in the department. | ||||
