| Abstract | ||||
| هدف البحث إلى تعرف مفهوم جائحة کورونا، والتحديات التعليمية الناتجة عنها، وتوضيح أهمية وأنواع الاحتياجات التعليمية لطلاب کلية الدراسات العليا للتربية، وتحديد واقع هذه الاحتياجات في ضوء جائحة کورونا. وقد تم تطبيق البحث على عينة قوامها (250) من طلاب الدراسات العليا بکلية الدراسات العليا للتربية جامعة القاهرة، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث أن الاحتياجات التعليمية کانت الحاجة إلى التدريب على المهارات المهنية الجديدة لتتناسب مع أدوار المعلم أو المهن المتجددة، بالإضافة إلى الحاجة إلى تعدد وتنوع الأهداف التعليمية. وأهم التحديات التي تواجه طلاب الدراسات العليا عينة البحث ضعف جودة الإنترنت في بعض الأماکن، بالإضافة إلى وجود فجوة بين طريقة التعلم التقليدية وطريقة التعلم عن بعد.وأن أهم المتطلبات لديهم لمواجهة جائحة کورونا کان وضع المحتوى التعليمي في صورة فيديوهات على منصات تعلم مجانية، وعقد دورات لتنمية المهارات الرقمية لديهم، بالإضافة إلى إتاحة الأدوات التکنولوجية المناسبة للتعلم عن بعد. ومن أهم التوصيات إعادة النظر في مستقبل التعليم الجامعي، وضرورة إحداث تغيير شامل في تقديم التعليم بما يتناسب مع الأفراد والبيئات المتنوعة والمجتمع ککل، وذلک من خلال الاستثمار في التعليم. The research aimed to learn about the concept of the Corona pandemic, the educational challenges resulting from it, clarify the importance and types of educational needs for graduate students at faculty of graduate studies for education, and to identify the reality of these needs in light of this pandemic, . This research applied to a sample of (250) graduate students at faculty of graduate studies for education, Cairo University, and It found that the educational needs were the need for training in new professional skills commensurate with teacher roles or renewable functions, in addition to the need to the multiplicity and diversity of educational goals. One of the major challenges facing graduate students sample research, are the poor quality of the Internet in some places, in addition to a gap between the methods of traditional learning and the distance learning. And the most important requirements for the sample to confront the Corona pandemic were to put educational content in the form of videos on free learning platforms, and to hold courses to develop their digital skills, in addition to making the appropriate technological tools for distance learning available. | ||||
