| Abstract | ||||
| التقدم العلمي والتکنولوجي أداة فعالة وقوية في تنمية المجتمعات المعاصرة ، کما أثر تأثيرا کبيرا وواضحا على الأنظمة التعليمية فــــي بنيتها ومحتواها وطريقتها وتسعى الاتجاهات التربوية في عدة مجتمعات إلى النقلة النوعية التي أحدثها التقدم بما تحمله هذه النقلة من حجم المعلومات وثورة الاتصالات ؛ تتضح هذه النقلة النوعية في مفاهيم التربية وغاياتها ؛ فتکون التربية إعــــــــداد وتکوين الفرد من أجل إعداده للحياة في مجتمع سريع ودائم التغير ، صارت التربية وسيلة لاکتشاف العالم والقدرة على التعامل مع متغيراته ومن هنا کان من البديهي أن يکون التعليم أهـــــم وسيلة لبناء الأفــــــــراد والشعوب والمجتمعات ، ومواجهة التغيرات والتحديات ، والتهيئة للاستعداد للمستقبل ؛ فمعظم الدول التي تقدمت کان التعليم سببا بارزا لهذا التقدم ؛ ذلک لأنه يحد من الفقر ، ويعزز النهوض الاقتصادي ويزيد فرص العمل ، ويعد وسيلة أساسية لمواجهة الظلم والأمراض الاجتماعية ومن هنا تأتي أهمية البحث في إمداد مدارس التعليم الأساسي بأساليب حديثة عن طريق عرض التوجهات العالمية والتجارب ؛ مما يساهم في تميز مدارس التعليم الأساسي . وکذلک أهمية التوجهات المجتمعية وتأثيرها على أوضاع التعليم وکفاءته على ضوء التوجهات المحلية والعالمية وما تفرضه على التربية . Scientific and technological progress is an effective and powerful tool in the development of contemporary societies. It also has a significant and clear impact on educational systems in their structure, content and method. Educational trends in several societies seek the qualitative shift that progress has made in this shift of information and communications revolution. The concepts of education and its objectives; education is the preparation and composition of the individual in order to prepare for life in a fast and ever-changing society, education has become a way to discover the world and the ability to deal with its variables It is obvious that education is the most important means of building individuals, peoples and societies, facing changes and challenges, and preparing for the future. Most of the countries that have advanced education have been a prominent cause of this progress; it reduces poverty, promotes economic advancement and increases employment, To cope with injustice and social diseases Hence, the importance of research in the supply of basic education schools in modern methods through the presentation of global trends and experiences, which contributes to the differentiation of basic education schools. As well as the importance of societal attitudes and their impact on the state of education and its efficiency in the light of local and international trends and what it imposes on education. | ||||
