Abstract
    أدت التغيرات العديدة التى يشهدها التعليم الجامعى فى مختلف دول العالم إلى زيادة الاهتمام بقضايا ضمان الجودة والاعتماد الأکاديمى ، وزاد اهتمام  الجامعات باعتماد مؤسساتها وبرامجها المختلفة سعياً للتميزوالتنافس  فى ظل هذه التغيرات . وهدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة درجة تطبيق معايير ضمان الجودة والاعتماد الأکاديمي ببرنامج ماجستير الإدارة التربوية بکلية الدراسات العليا التربوية بجامعة الملک عبد العزيز من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس ، کما هدفت إلى معرفة اذا کان هناک اختلاف بين وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة حول درجة تطبيق معايير ضمان الجودة والاعتماد الأکاديمي، تعزى لکل من (النوع، سنوات الخبرة في التدريس) ، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفى ، وطبقت على جميع  أعضاء هيئة التدريس بقسم الإدارة التربوية بکلية الدراسات العليا التربوية بجامعة الملک عبدالعزيز، کما تمثلت أداة الدراسة في استبانة تهدف لقياس درجة تطبيق معايير ضمان الجودة والاعتماد الأکاديمي مستمدة من معايير هيئة ضمان الجودة والاعتماد، وتکونت من سبع محاوروکل محور يتضمن المعايير ومؤشرات القياس الخاصة بکل معيار، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة تطبيق معايير ضمان الجودة والاعتماد الأکاديمي ببرنامج ماجستير الإدارة التربوية جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، کذلک جاءت نتائج کل محور بدرجة متوسطة. وأنه لا يوجد فرق دال احصائيا بين تقديرات أعضاء هيئة التدريس لدرجة تطبيق معايير ضمان الجودة والاعتماد الأکاديمي وفقا لاختلاف سنوات الخبرة أوالنوع.
    وأوصت الدراسة بتطوﻳر اﻟﻣﻌﺎﻳﻳر الخاصة ببرنامج ماجستير الإدارة التربوية بکلية الدراسات العليا التربوية و اﻟﺗﻲ ﺗﺣﺗﺎج إﻟﻰ ﺗطوﻳر وخاصة التي حصلت مؤشراتها على درجة تقدير " ضعيف"، ﺣﺗﻰ يحصل البرنامج ﻋﻠﻰ الجودة واﻻﻋﺗﻣﺎد اﻷﻛﺎدﻳﻣﻲ .
Abstract:
    The many changes that university education is witnessing in different countries of the world have led to an increase in the interest of quality assurance and academic accreditation issues. Universities have increased their interest in accrediting their various institutions and programs in pursuit of excellence and competition in light of these changes. The current study aimed to know the degree of application of quality assurance and academic accreditation standards in the Master of Educational Administration program at the College of Graduate Studies at King Abdulaziz University from the view of the faculty members, it also aimed to know if there is a difference between the viewpoint of the study sample about the degree of application of quality assurance and academic accreditation standards, according to gender and years of experience. The study followed the descriptive approach, and was applied to all faculty members in the Department of Educational Administration. The study tool was represented in a questionnaire that aimed to measure the degree of application of Quality assurance and academic accreditation standards of the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Assessment, and it consisted of seven sections, each section included indicators for each standard.
The study recommended the development of some standards for the Master of Educational Administration program at the College of Graduate Education, especially those whose indicators received a "weak" rating, so that the program would achieve quality and be eligible for accreditation.
