| Abstract | ||||
| کان من مناهج علماء الحديث في التصنيف أن يُفردوا حديثا أو بعض الأحاديث بالکلام عنها تخريجا وتصحيحا وتضعيفا وبيانا لمعناها وأحکامها؛ لذا جاء هذا البحث بعنوان: "منحة العلام في بيان حديثي إخفاء التشهد وحذف السلام"، واقتضت طبيعة البحث أن يکون في مقدمة، وثلاثة مباحث، وخاتمة. فأما المقدمة: فتناولت فيها أسباب اختيار الموضوع، وخطة البحث، والمنهج. وأما المبحث الأول: فجاء بعنوان "حديث إخفاء التشهد"، وفيه مطلبان: · المطلب الأول: طرق الحديث والحکم عليه. · المطلب الثاني: معنى إخفاء التشهد، وعمل الفقهاء به. وأما المبحث الثاني: فجاء بعنوان: "حديث حذف السلام"، وفيه مطلبان: · المطلب الأول: طرق الحديث والحکم عليه. · المطلب الثاني: معنى حذف السلام، وعمل الفقهاء به. وأما المبحث الثالث: فجاء بعنوان "قول الصحابي: من السنة کذا بين الرفع والوقف". وأما الخاتمة: فتناولت فيها أهم النتائج التي وصل إليها البحث. One of the approaches of modern scholars in Hadith classification is to single out a Hadith or some Hadiths to speak about as a way of providing an explanation of its meanings and rulings. Therefore, this research came under the title “The Grant of Al-Allam in Examining the Two Hadiths: “Al-tashaHud Whispering and Al-salam Omitting”, and the nature of the research necessitated that it be an introduction, three main sections, and a conclusion. The introduction presents the topic of research, the aim of research, and the methodology. The first section is titled “The Hadith of Al-tashahhud Whispering” and has two parts: Part one: analyzing the Hadith chain of narration. Part two: the meaning of Al-tashahud whispering, and the Hadith application by the jurisprudents. The second section is titled “The Hadith of Al-salam Omitting” and has two parts: Part one: analyzing the Hadith chain of narration. Part two: the meaning of Al-salam omitting, and the Hadith application by the jurisprudents. The third section is titled “the saying of the prophet’s companion: the sunnah is so between Al-Rafa’ and Al-Waqf (the continuous chain of narration to the prophet and the attribution to a companion). The conclusion presents the most important results that I have reached. | ||||
