Abstract | ||
Open and distance learning is a new research field for the involvement of trainees and the development of their entrepreneurial action. In fact, E-Learning strengthens knowledge transfer and enables support to future entrepreneurs. The purpose of this article is to elucidate the relationship between entrepreneurship and e-learning through the identification of entrepreneurs’ needs in order to improve the functionalities of the e-learning device. ¶In the same way, we attempted, starting from a sampling, to understand and explain the dynamics and to identify the means of interventions able to make a success of training in entrepreneurship through a platform of e-learning. | ||
