Abstract: The current research aims to develop some problem-solving skills through tangram activities of Down syndrome children, the research materials included: A questionnaire form for the teacher's opinion about the behavioral attitude of Down syndrome child when having a problem, tangram activities difficulty graded, and a note card for the performance of Down syndrome child.(Tools prepared by the researcher). The research used the experimental method with a semi -experimental design in order to determine the effectiveness of tangram activities in developing some problem-solving skills for Down syndrome children. The research reached the following results: there is an effective impact of tangram activities in the development of some problem-solving skills for Down syndrome children. The research recommended the following: The necessity of developing mental abilities for Down syndrome children, also recommended the importance of developing problem-solving skills using other independent variables because of its effective impact with children with special needs. | ||||
