| Abstract | ||||
| موضوع البحث: المقاصد الشرعية وأهميتها في الجمع، أو الترجيح بين الأحاديث المتعارضة في الظاهر. أهداف البحث: يهدف البحث إلى بيان دور الفهم المقاصدي فيالجمع، أو الترجيح بين الأحاديث المتعارضة.اقتضت طبيعة البحث أن أجمع فيه بين المنهج الوصفي، والمنهج التحليلي. ويعالج البحث: الحاجة الملحة إلى ضرورة إعمال المقاصد الشرعية في درء التعارض بين النصوص النبوية من خلال تطبيقات متنوعة .. وأهم النتائج: أن للفهم المقاصدي دورًا لا يُغفل في الجمع، أو الترجيح بين الأحاديث المتعارضة في الظاهر. وأهم التوصيات: الدراسات المقاصدية لنصوص الوحيين ما زالت دون المأمول مما يتطلب على الباحثين مزيداً من الانصراف إليها، والعناية بها. : Abstract Topic: It addresses the purposes of legitimacy, and their importance in combining or weighting between apparently conflicting texts Objectives: The purpose of this research is to demonstrate the role of intentional understanding in combining or weighting conflicting texts Methodology: The nature of the study entailed the use of a combination of descriptive and analytical approaches. The research deals with: the urgent need for the necessity of realizing the legitimate purposes in warding off the conflict between the prophetic texts through various applications.. Main findings: Makassed understanding has a role in combining or weighting conflicting texts. Main recommendations: Makassed studies of the texts of revelation are still below expectations, which requires researchers to go further and take care of them Key words: The shariah-bound purposes, the Sunnah texts, Combine texts, Weighting between texts. | ||||
