Abstract | ||||
ملخص البحث: يستهدف هذا البحث تحديد التأثير المباشر لأبعاد المثالية في مکان العمل (المثالية الموجهة بالذات ، المثالية الموجهة نحو الآخر ، المثالية المقررة اجتماعياً) على أبعاد إدمان العمل (الإفراط في العمل ، المُحرک للعمل ، الاستمتاع بالعمل) لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة المنصورة ، واعتمدت الدراسة على قائمة استقصاء لجمع البيانات من أعضاء هيئة التدريس ، وقد بلغ عدد القوائم الصحيحة 350 قائمة ، وتم تطبيق أسلوب الانحدار المتعدد المتدرج (Stepwise) عن طريق استخدام البرنامج الاحصائي SPSS v.25. وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود تأثير معنوي إيجابي للمثالية الموجهة بالذات على الإفراط في العمل، کما توصلت إلى وجود تأثير معنوي إيجابي لکلٍ من المثالية الموجهة بالآخر والمثالية المقررة اجتماعياً على المُحرک للعمل ، کما أظهرت النتائج وجود تأثير معنوي إيجابي للمثالية الموجهة بالذات على الاستمتاع بالعمل. Abstract: This study aimed to investigate the direct effect of the dimensions of perfectionism at workplace (self-oriented perfectionism, other-oriented perfectionism, socially prescribed perfectionism) on the dimensions of workaholism (working excessively, work drive, work enjoyment) in teaching stuff of Mansoura university. A questionnaire was used to collect data from 350 members of teaching stuff. Regression analysis was employed to test the hypotheses using SPSS v.25. The research results showed that there is a positive significant effect of self-oriented perfectionism on working excessively, As well, there is a positive significant effect of each of other-oriented perfectionism and socially prescribed perfectionism on work drive, Finally, the findings indicated that is a positive significant effect of self-oriented perfectionism on work enjoyment. | ||||
