| Abstract | ||||
| The current study aimed to determine the role of the relationship between the investment policies and its impact on the sustainable and economic development in Egypt. In addition to mention of the origin the investment laws since making the law number 65, 1971 then, "The law number 43, 1974 that known the economic openness" law. After that the law number 203, 1989 that have the legislative characteristic to the law number 64, 2005, that have the specific characteristic to avoid the idea of (Private track). That followed by the law number 17, 2015 that made before this law developed well. This law that called the undeveloped law. But the private legal legislatives that related to the investment by the law number 72, 2017 must be made some changes or amendments and additions articles. - That is in the side of the legislatives of investment, but on the other side that related to the private legislatives of the health field. The law number 2, 2018 that issued this law that called the law of the complete healthy insurance. - This law is executing based on three phases where the first phase began inside six governates that called the border governates. - That included the main objective of the current study either the analysis or developing a group or a set of policies of investment through the plans of development to show the size and distribution of the investment competency in the country. - The methodolo | ||||
