| Abstract | ||||
| تهدف هذه الدِّراسة إلى التعرُّف على النظام المتَّبع في حفظ وثائق وسجلَّات محکمة الأُسرة بمحافظة بني سويف، وذلک من خلال الدِّراسة النظريَّة والتطبيقيَّة .فالدراسة النظرية تعرضت لتعريف الحفظ واهميته واهدافه وکذلک الاساليب التنظيمية للحفظ واماکن الحفظ اما الدراسة التطبيقيَّة ؛ فقامت بنقل الواقع الفعلي وتقييمه ومعرفة مدى مطابقتِه للمعايير الدَّوليَّة وتوجيهات الدُّول الأوروبيَّة والأمريکيَّة، ومحاولة التغلب على السلبيَّات والمعوِّقات التي تواجه حفظ الوثائق والملفَّات، وضمن حفظها بالطُّرق العلميَّة السليمة Abstract: The present study investigates the system adopted in Preserving records and documents of the Family Court in Beni -Suef Governorate. In effect, the study seeks, through a theoretical and practical study,The theoretical study was exposed to the definition of conservation, its importance and objectives, as well as organizational methods For preservation and places of preservation , Or applied study it said to actually transfer the actual evaluation and the extent of its conformity with international standards, and to achieve the directives of European and American countries for developing a proposal that eliminates all obstacles facing the way to deal with these save documents and records, and within the proper scientific methods. | ||||
