Abstract | ||
Search objective: The research aims to identify the Impact of targeted training loads, according to the ratios of certain contributing physical traits, on the achievement level of handball juniors. Research hypotheses: - There are statistically significant differences between the averages of the three measurements (pre-, inter- and post) in the contributing physical traits and the level of performance of the basic skills under discussion in favor of the post-measurement. - There are statistically significant differences between the two measurements, the perioral and posterior measures, in the physiological variables in favor of the post-measurement. | ||
