| The research aim; identify the role of participation in recreational camps programs in developing of Scouting and leadership skills for university students, The researchers used the descriptive way,the research sample was chosen using the intentional way from the students who participate in the recreational camps programs from Helwan and Mansoura University, (315) students, were divided into (265) for the basic study with a percentage of 84.3% (123) male, (142), female, (50) for the scoping study with a percentage of 15.7% , the researcher used the scout skills scale, and the leadership skills scale as a tool for data collection. from the most important results, The University Students (male and female ) the research sample know the importance of taking part in recreational camps programs in developing the Scouting skills the recognition of the university students of the importance of participating, in recreational camps in developing the Leadership skills, participating in the recreational camps program provide the university students with the strong personality, fluency, the produce creative ideas and human relation , participating in the recreational camps program encourage the university students (male) to plan, solve problems and stick to the time of the program in the camp, the supervisors of the recreational camps at Mansoura University offer the various of activities which develop the opportunity to gain the art of dialogue, good discussion, discover the talented bear the responsibility, give up routine and make use of the previous experiences, The supervisors of the recreational camps in Helwan University characterize by the ability to develop confidence and health for the university students. | ||||
