| Abstract | ||||
| The design of administrative spaces has become one of the most important elements affecting the performance of administrative building users. All companies have begun to pay special attention to the image they reflect in the labor market and its impact on their employees. Therefore, employee satisfaction is the main focus for the designer to raise performance efficiency, as a high employee satisfaction rate means increasing the company's production rate and improving the general image. The types of administrative buildings differ according to the nature of their functions, and the goals of administrative spaces vary from one company to another. It is possible that the administrative space has a positive or negative impact on its users. Through this study, previous studies on the factors affecting user satisfaction were reviewed, and the main levels of user satisfaction were identified and the basic elements of each level were deduced, and the guiding criteria for user satisfaction within administrative spaces were deduced. It was determined that there are three main levels that affect user satisfaction, which are (the first level) the relationship of the building to the surroundings, which contains sub-elements: the building and its coordination elements - distance and proximity to means of transportation - building orientation - facade design - parking spaces. The second level (the relationship of the roles to each other) which contains sub-elements that affect it, which are elevators and stairs - service areas, and the third level (administrative space) which contains the guiding standards for designing administrative spaces. This level is considered one of the most important levels that affect user satisfaction, given that the user spends most of his time in the office space allocated to him within the administrative space. The factors that greatly affect the third level were concluded, which are (space dimensions - space finishing - space orientation - lighting - openings - natural needs - functional needs). اصبح تصميم الفراغات الادارية من أهم العناصر المؤثرة في آداء مستخدمي المبني الاداري ، واصبحت كل الشركات تولي اهتماما خاصا بالصوره التي تعكسها في سوق العمل، وأثر ذلك علي موظفيها، ولذلك يكون رضاء الموظف المحور الاساسي للمصمم لرفع كفاءة الآداء، حيث ان نسبة الرضاء العالية للموظفين تعني زيادة نسبة الانتاج للشركة، وتحسين الصورة العامة، وتختلف انواع المباني الادارية طبقا لطبيعة وظائفها ، وتتنوع الاهداف للفراغات الادارية من شركة الي اخري، ومن الممكن ان يكون الفراغ الاداري له تاثير ايجابي او سلبي علي مستخدميه ، ومن خلال هذه الدراسة تم استعراض دراسات سابقة عن العوامل المؤثره علي رضاء المستخدم، وتم تحديد المستويات الرئيسية لرضاء المستخدم واستنتاج العناصر الاساسية لكل مستوي واستنتاج المعايير الارشادية لرضاء المستخدم داخل الفراغات الادارية، حيث تم تحديد ان هناك ثلاثة مستويات رئيسية تؤثر علي رضاء المستخدم وهي ( المستوي الاول ) علاقة المبني بالمحيط والتي تحتوي علي عناصر فرعية : المبني وعناصر تنسيقه -البعد والقرب من وسائل المواصلات –توجيه المبني - تصميم الواجهات - اماكن انتظار السيارات ، اما المستوي الثاني ( علاقة الادوار ببعضها البعض ) والذي يحتوي علي عناصر فرعية تؤثر عليه وهي المصاعد والسلالم - اماكن الخدمات، والمستوي الثالث ( الفراغ الاداري) والذي يحتوي علي المعايير الارشادية لتصميم الفراغات الادارية ويعتبر هذا المستوي من اهم المستويات التي تؤثر علي رضاء المستخدم نظرا لان المستخدم يقضي معظم وقته في المساحه المكتبية المخصصه له داخل الفراغ الاداري وتم استنتاج العوامل التي تؤثر بشكل كبير علي المستوي الثالث وهي (ابعاد الفراغ – تشطيب الفراغ – توجيه الفراغ – الاضاءة – الفتحات – الاحتياجات الطبيعية – الاحتياجات الوظيفية ) . | ||||
