| Abstract | ||||
| هدفت الدراسة إلى : اختبار فعالية برنامج تدريبي من منظور المدخل الانتقائي في خدمة الفرد لتنمية الهوية المهنية لدى طلاب الخدمة الاجتماعية ، طبق المقياس على طلبة وطالبات الفرقة الرابعة بالمعهد العالي للخدمة الاجتماعية ببنها للعام الجامعي 2021/ 2022م ، على عدد (200) طالب وطالبة بطريقة عشوائية ، وتم اختيار العينة من الذين حصلوا على أقل الدرجات على مقياس (الهوية المهنية لطلاب الخدمة الاجتماعية)، وعددهم (20) طالب وطالبة، قوام کل منها (10) ذکور، (10) إناث، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة: أن هناک تأثير قوى للبرنامج التدريبي من منظور المدخل الانتقائي في خدمة الفرد في تنمية الهوية المهنية لطلاب الخدمة الاجتماعية ؛ حيث بلغت نسبة الکسب المعدل لأبعاد المقياس (1.24)، وحجم تأثير قوي حيث بلغ (0.99). الکلمات المفتاحية: برنامج تدريبي- المدخل الانتقائي– الهوية المهنية The study aimed to: Test the effectiveness of a training program from the perspective of the selective approach in serving the individual to develop the professional identity of social work students. The scale was applied to students of the fourth year at the Higher Institute of Social Work in Benha for the academic year 2022 AD, on a number of (200) students. The sample was chosen randomly from those who got the lowest scores on the scale (the professional identity of social work students), and they numbered (20) male and female students, each of whom consisted of (10) males, (10) females, and the results of the study concluded: that there is an effect Strengths of the training program from the perspective of the selective approach to individual service in developing the professional identity of social work students; The adjusted gain ratio for the scale dimension was (1.24), and the size of the effect was strong (0.99).
