Abstract | ||||
The objective of the study is to index estimates of expenditure elasticity for fresh & frozen meat, poultry, fish, Cereals, Starchy food, and dry legumes, Impact of family Size separate estimate on rural and urban areas was conducted to identify their impact. The study relied on the most recent Sectoral date which is the research on Estimation of Household food Balance Sheet by Sampling at the National Level 90/1991, 95/1996, 99/2000 ALogaritmic model in Linear Form & small squares were applied for estimation. The study pointed out the expenditure response of Cereals, starchy food group Consumption to Variables of individual's total expenditure with respect to dry Legume group, expenditure elasticity For urban was .. 57 .66 .67and For rural was .36 .45 .61 in three year respectively expenditure on fresh, frozen meat, poultry, and fish responded to variables of individual's total expenditure. But response to variables of household Size was intangible.Studying of good group average Consumption clarified that average per capital Consumption of red meat in urban area exceeded that of rural area. Whereas, grain, starchy food and dry legume group per capita Consumption was higher in rural than urban area. | ||||
