Abstract | ||||
This paper aims to investigate the relation between national culture and strategies of managing organizational conflicts. The study is conducted in the Ministry of social solidarity in the Egyptian environment on employees. A questionnaire was used to collect data. Actually, data was collected from 250 Egyptian official employees at different ages. Hypotheses were analyzed by correlation and regression analysis. Findings of this study showed the deep relationship between most of national culture dimensions and strategies of managing organizational conflicts. | ||||
