Abstract | ||||
Grapes occupy an excellent rank among fruit crops in egypt. Total gr pe cultivated area represents about 14% of the total fruit area. and occupy the second rank next to citrus. The projects of horozont of agricultural expaslon are of great SOCIal and economic importance. The government has reclaimed a bout 2.5 million feddans till the year 2000 out of which 932.7 feddans are at Nubana. The total area of grape at Nubana is 71.9 thousand feddans the fruitful area of which is 68.2 thousand feddans in the year 2000 where as the production has reached 604.9 and 1075.1 thousand tons at Nubaria and in Egypt respectivety. | ||||
