Abstract Distance learning is a growing topic all over the world nowadays. Researchers reported both merits and demerits of using distance learning. The aim of this research is to identify the challenges which University Teachers at Baha University encounter and their Attitudes about it. The researchers used two instruments: They used a questionnaire to identify University Teachers' challenges about distance learning. In addition, an attitude scale was used to recognize university teachers' attitudes about it. The researcher chose thirty-four teaching staff from Baha University as a research sample. The research used the descriptive study and analyzed the data statistically. The results indicated that, there are some challenges which university teachers encounter at Baha University during using distance learning such as :( interacting with students- preparing the content. - managing the classroom- assessing students). Teachers showed positive attitudes towards distance learning. Some recommendations and suggestions for further studies were provided. | ||||
