| Abstract | ||||
| ملخص البحث هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على الرشاقة الاستراتيجية للقيادات الاكاديمية بالجامعات العربية ودورها في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية، واستخدمت المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق اهداف الدراسة. ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة: تبين ان القيادة الاكاديمية تشرك ( أعضاء هيئة التدريس ، الطلاب ، ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني، والقادة الاداريين ) في رصد التغيرات البيئة داخل الجامعة وخارجها بشكل مستمر، وتعمل على أن تتسم الخطة الاستراتيجية للجامعة بالمرونة في إعادة توزيع مواردها للاستفادة منها مستقبلاً، وتراعي أن تتضمن الخطة الاستراتيجية للجامعة الحاجات المستقبلية المحتملة . ومن اهم المقترحات: اجراء بعض الأبحاث حول الرشاقة التنظيمية وربطها الميزة التنافسية. الكلمات المفتاحية : الرشاقة الاستراتيجية - القيادات الاكاديمية - الجامعات العربية - الميزة التنافسية. Abstract: This study aimed to identify the strategic agility of academic leaders in Arab universities and their role in achieving competitive advantage, and used the descriptive approach to achieve the objectives of the study. Among the most important results of the study: It was found that the academic leadership involves (faculty members, students, civil society institutions, and administrative leaders) in monitoring environmental changes inside and outside the university on an ongoing basis, and works to ensure that the university’s strategic plan is flexible in redistributing its resources to benefit from them in the future. It takes into account that the university's strategic plan includes potential future needs. Among the most important proposals: conducting some research on organizational agility and linking it to competitive advantage.
