Abstract
مشكلة البحث : قصور برنامج التدريب الميدانى للطالبات / المعلمات بشعبة رياض الأطفال بكلية التربية – جامعة حلوان فى الوفاء بمتطلبات المعايير القومية للتعليم فى مصر وقيم المشاركة المجتمعية . 
وقد تطلب هذا :
1-   وضع تصور مقترح لتفعيل برنامج التدريب الميدانى للطالبات / المعلمات بشعبة رياض الأطفال بكلية التربية – جامعة حلوان فى ضوء المعايير القومية للتعليم فى مصر وقيم المشاركة المجتمعية .
2-     وضع معايير للتقييم الموضوعى لأداءات الطالبات / المعلمات بشعبة رياض الأطفال ببرنامج التدريب الميدانى فى ضوء المعايير القومية للتعليم فى مصر وقيم المشاركة المجتمعية .
3-     تنمية قيم المشاركة المجتمعية الفاعلة بين مجتمع كلية التربية – جامعة حلوان متمثل فى ( مكتب التدريب الميدانى ) ، والمجتمع المحلى ممثل فى ( الروضات ومكاتب التدريب الميدانى بالإدارات التعليمية  المختلفة ، ومكتب التدربيب الميدانى بوزارة التربية والتعليم ) .
4-     تنمية قيم المشاركة المجتمعية لدي الطالبات / المعلمات بكلية التربية – جامعة حلوان من خلال التصور المقترح للبرنامج المقترح وفق متطلبات المعايير القومية للتعليم فى مصر .
استخدم البحث  المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لوصف وتحليل برنامج التدريب الميدانى ، المعايير القومية للتعليم ، وقيم المشاركة المجتمعية و أهميتها للطالبات / المعلمات بشعبة رياض الأطفال ، وتوظيفها مع الأطفال
ومن أهم التوصيات :
1-    ضرورة العمل على تطوير برامج إعداد وتدريب معلمة رياض الأطفال قبل الخدمة وأثنائها
2-    نشر الوعي بقيم المشاركة المجتمعية عبر وسائل الإعلام والجهات الإدارية المسؤلة
3-    عقد بروتوكولات بين كلية التربية والإدارات التعليمية  تؤكد على الشراكات الناجحة بين المؤسسات
4-    تفعيل الأنشطة اللاصفية في المؤسسات المجتمعية المحيطة بالروضة من خلال مقرر التدريب الميداني .
Research problem : The shortcomings of the field training program for female students/teachers in the Kindergarten Division, Faculty of Education - Helwan University, in fulfilling the requirements of the national standards of education in Egypt and the values of community participation.
This may require:
1- Develop a proposed vision to activate the field training program for female students/teachers in the Kindergarten Division, Faculty of Education - Helwan University in light of the national standards of education in Egypt and the values ​​of community participation.
2- Setting criteria for objective evaluation of the performance of female students/teachers in the Kindergarten Division in the field training program in light of the national standards of education in Egypt and the values ​​of community participation.
3- Developing the values ​​of active community participation between the community of the Faculty of Education - Helwan University represented by (the field training office), and the local community represented by (kindergartens and field training offices in the various educational departments, and the field training office at the Ministry of Education).
4- Developing the values ​​of community participation among female students/teachers at the Faculty of Education - Helwan University through the proposed conception of the proposed program in accordance with the requirements of the national standards for education in Egypt..
The research used the descriptive analytical method to describe and analyze the field training program, the national standards of education, and the values of community participation and its importance for female students/teachers in the Kindergarten Division, and their employment with children.
Among the most important recommendations
1-        The need to work on developing pre-service and in-service kindergarten teacher preparation and training programs
2-        Spreading awareness of the values of community participation through the media and the responsible administrative authorities
3-        Contracting protocols between the College of Education and the educational administrations that emphasize successful partnerships between institutions
4-        Activating extra-curricular activities in the community institutions surrounding the kindergarten through the field training course
