Abstract | ||
Abstract: The current research aimed to explore the effectiveness of a program based on augmented reality using the illustrated dictionary to develop some language skills among kindergarten children. The research sample consisted of (10) kindergarten children, their ages ranged between (5-6) years. The researcher used in the current research the following tools: Stanford-Binet Intelligence Scale, fifth picture prepared by (Safwat Faraj, 2014), a measure of the development and growth of electronic language skills, prepared by: The Lotus Foundation (2021), a program based on augmented reality using the illustrated dictionary (prepared by the researcher). The results of the research revealed that: There are statistically significant differences between the mean ranks of degrees of the pre and posttest after implementing the program based on augmented reality using the illustrated dictionary - on the scale of the development and growth of electronic language skills (expressive - receptive) in the direction of the post-measurement, there are no statistically significant differences between the average ranks The scores of the children of the experimental group in the post and follow-up measurements on the scale of development and growth of language skills. | ||
