Abstract | ||||
The study aimed to identify the level of support and quality of life for people with visual disabilities, and to study the relationship between the level of support and quality of life for people with visual disabilities, and the study sample consisted of (80) students with visual disabilities. The study included a scale of perceived Social Support for People with visual disabilities (prepared by the researcher), and the Quality of life scale for people with visual disabilities (prepared by the researcher). The results of the study resulted in the existence of a positive, statistically significant correlation between the scores of the visually impaired on the scale of perceived social support and its total degree, and their scores on the quality of life scale with its dimensions and total degree, and that there are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of males and females on the scale of quality of life and its total degree. And there are statistically significant differences between the average scores of people with congenital visual disabilities and the average scores of people with acquired disabilities on the quality of life scale and its total score in favor of those with congenital visual disabilities | ||||
