| Abstract | ||||
| أصبح إستخدام تطبيقات الهاتف المحمول الخاصة بمواقع التواصل الإجتماعى ذات أهمية متزايدة . حتى انها أصبحت تقليد متوارث من جيل لاخر يليه ؛ كما انها أستحوذت على نصيب الأسد من الإستخدامات التقليدية اليومية مما ساهم فى إزدهار تطبيقات الهاتف الإلكترونية التى أنشأتها شركات صناعة التكنولوجيا الأمريكية ،واليابانية ،والصينية . و إزدادت النزاعات بينهم وتبادل الإتهامات فيما بينهم من إنتهاكاتهم للملكية الفكرية سواء فى الإختراعات التى تصدر من منتجاتهم أو أنهم يتغاضون عن تصرفات المستخدمين التى أصبحت من الطبيعى ان تتسم بإنتهاك لحقوق الملكية الفكرية ومن هنا تجلت اهمية هذا البحث. The use of mobile applications for social media is becoming increasingly important. It has even become a tradition passed down from one generation to the next; It also acquired the lion’s share of traditional daily uses, which contributed to the prosperity of electronic phone applications created by American, Japanese, and Chinese technology companies. The disputes between them increased and the exchange of accusations between them of their violations of intellectual property, whether in the inventions issued from their products or that they overlooked the actions of users that had become normal for their violation of intellectual property rights, hence the importance of this research. | ||||
