| Abstract | ||||
| يتحدد موضوع الدراسة فى معرفة طبيعة الدراسات المستقبلية ودور القانون فى صناعة المستقبل من خلال سيناريوهات ممكنة ومأمولة فى ضوء رؤية مصر 2030. تنطلق الأهداف من معرفة قدرة الرؤية التشريعية فى رسم ملامح الجمهورية الجديدة، والتعرف على اتجاهات القانون فى رؤية 2030 نحو تحقيق الضبط والحوكمة فى المستقبل. وتنتمى الدراسة لنمط الدراسات المستقبلية، وتتبع منهج التحليل المستقبلى ونظرية رأس المال الاجتماعى وطريقة تحليل المحتوى، كما تستخدم تقنية السيناريوهات. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مصر2030 يمكنها أن تحقق حالة من التحول المعرفي يؤهلها إلى التنافس على الريادة من خلال اهتمامها بالتحول المعرفى والتطور الثقافى وتنمية البحث العلمى والإبتكار، كما يمكنها خلق بيئة تشريعية مؤثرة عالمياً تحقق مستوى من الريادة فى مجالى التعليم والصحة، فضلاً عن أنها سوف تعيش تحول رقمى فى ضوء التشريعات التى تحدد معالم مصر الرقمية في قطاعات التكنولوجيا والذكاء الإصطناعي. The subject of the study is determined by the importance of future studies and the role of law in creating the future through possible and hopeful scenarios in light of Egypt's Vision 2030. The objectives stem from knowing the ability of the legislative vision in drawing the features of the new republic, and identifying the trends of the law in Vision 2030 towards achieving control and governance in the future. The study belongs to the pattern of future studies, The study belongs to the pattern of future studies, and follows the method of future analysis, social capital theory and the method of content analysis, and also uses scenario technology. The study found that Egypt 2030 can achieve a state of knowledge transformation that qualifies it to compete for leadership through its interest in knowledge transformation, cultural development, and the development of scientific research and innovation. It can also create a globally influential legislative environment that achieves a level of leadership in the fields of education and health, as well as it will live a digital transformation in light of the legislation that defines the features of Digital Egypt in the technology and artificial intelligence sectors. | ||||
