| With the spread of many government housing projects in Egypt, the paper evaluates housing projects In Egypt in the time period between 1952-2014, Through a set of design considerations and the population's housing needs from an analytical study from Some successful global experiences in government housing projects, By analyzing government housing projects for that time period, The paper found a discrepancy between government housing projects in this period Some of the design considerations required in such projects are not taken into account. فى ظل إنتشار العديد من مشاريع الإسكان الحكومى فى مصر تقوم الورقة البحثية بتقييم مشاريع الإسكان الحكومى فى مصر فى الفترة الزمنية بين عامى (1952-2014) م، فى ضوء مجموعة من الإعتبارات التصميمية وإحتياجات السكان فى المسكن المستخلصة من دراسة تحليلية لبعض التجارب العالمية الناجحة فى مشاريع الإسكان الحكومى، وذلك عن طريق تحليل مشروعات الإسكان الحكومى لتلك الفترة الزمنية، وقد خلصت الورقة البحثية إلى وجود تباين بين مشروعات الإسكان الحكومى فى هذه الفترة وعدم مراعاة بعض الإعتبارات التصميمية الواجب توافرها فى مثل هذه المشاريع | ||||
