Abstract
هدف البحث إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لإعداد برنامج خاص لمعلم الکبار فى ضوء خبرات بعض الدول, واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفى, وتوصل البحث للعديد من النتائج والتى من أهمها: أن اعداد معلم الکبار فى مصر يواجه عددا من التحديات والمشکلات خاصة فيما يتعلق بإعداده وتدريبه مما نتج عنه العديد من المشکلات التى تستلزم تقديم تصور مقترح لإعداد برنامج خاص لمعلم الکبار من خلال خبرات بعض الدول, ليکون قادرا على الوصول للمعرفة وانتاجها ونشرها وتوظيفها, وتوصيلها للمتعلمين الکبار.Abstract Researcher Name: Ibrahim Ali Ibrahim Kenawy. The research used the descriptive approach, and the research reached many results, the most important of which are: The preparation of the adult teacher in Egypt faces a number of challenges and problems, especially with regard to its preparation and training, which resulted in There are many problems that require presenting a proposed vision for preparing a special program for adult educators through the experiences of some countries, to be able to access, produce, publish and employ knowledge, and communicate it to adult learners.
