| Abstract | ||||
| Recent years have witnessed the acceleration of the wheel of urbanization throughout Egypt, which resulted in the emergence of a new generation of cities (fourth generation cities), which are in line with global urban development in terms of taking sustainability systems and theories of green architecture and seeking to introduce information systems widely in the operating and control systems in cities until they have become called digital cities, and here comes the question Are the city management systems currently in Egypt capable of managing fourth-generation cities?, Or do these cities need a management system in line with the technological systems and sustainability systems that are applied in all fields in order to ensure their continuity and efficiency as well as ensure their flexibility to absorb everything new, and if the answer is no, what is the system required to manage new cities towards achieving sustainability indicators? What is the appropriate administrative structure to activate that system? | ||||
