| Abstract | ||||
| هدف البحث الحالى إلى التعرف على األسس النظرية والفكرية لفلسفة رودولف شتاينر ونظام تعليميه المسمى بتعليم فالدورف. كما هدف إلى معرفة واقع التعليم بمصر فى الفترة الحالية والوقوف على بعض أوجه القصور التى توجد فى نظام التعليم بمصر ومحاولة معالجتها على ضوى مبادىء فلسفة شتاينر للتعليم. أستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفى لوصف ما هو كائن وتفسيره. أوضحت نتائج هذا البحث ضرورة نشر مبادىء تعليم فالدورف فى مختلف المدارس المصرية، وتأهيل المعلمون وتدريبهم على فلسفة فالدورف فى التعليم مما سوف يساعدهم على العمل بشكل إبداعي مع المكونات المنهجية والتعليمية والتقييمية للبرامج التعليمية وبطريقة تخدم طالبهم والفصل ككل والمجتمع المدرسي. كما أسفرت النتائج ايضا على ضرورة إنشاء مؤسسة مسئولة عن رعاية شئون تعليم فالدورف فى مصر وتوعية المواطنين بأهميته، دعم تطوير برامج تدريب المعلمين على مبادىء تعليم فالدورف، تقديم خدمات استشارية ودعم عبر التدريس والحوكمة لمدارس فالدورف، حماية وتطوير روح وهوية تعليم »شتاينر فالدورف« ودعم مدارس وبيئات »فالدورف« في تقديم تعليم عالي الجودة ومميز. The aim of the current research is to identify the theoretical and intellectual foundations of Rudolf Steiner’s philosophy and his educa- tional system that is called Waldorf Education. The aim was to know the reality of education in Egypt during the current period and to identify weaknesses that exist in the education system in Egypt and to address them in light of the principles of Steiner’s philosophy of education. The researcher used the descriptive approach to describe and explain the current subject. The results of this research indicated the need to spread the principles of Waldorf education in various Egyptian schools. and to qualify and train teachers on Waldorf’s phi- losophy of education. which will help them to work creatively with the methodological. educational and evaluative components of edu- cational programs in a way that serves their students. the class as a whole. and the school community. The results also pointed out the need to establish an institution responsible for taking care of Waldorf education affairs in Egypt and raising citizens’ awareness of its impor- tance. supporting the development of teacher training programs on the principles of Waldorf education. providing advisory services and support through teaching and governance for Waldorf schools. pro- tecting and developing the spirit and identity of “Steiner Waldorf” education and supporting Waldorf Schools and environments pro- vide high quality education. | ||||
