| Abstract | ||||
| يتمثل الهدف الرئيس من البحث الحالي في التوصل لتصور مقترح لتنمية ثقافة ريادة الأعمال في منظومة التعليم الجامعي في ضوء نظرية الابتكار المزعزع، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، لتحديد الإطار النظري لريادة الأعمال في ضوء ارتباطها بنظرية الابتكار المزعزع، وتم استخدام أسلوبين من أساليب المنهج الوصفي هما، أسلوب التحليل الوصفي لتوضيح الخلفية لنظرية الابتكار المزعزع، ولرصد آليات الجامعات الحكومية لتنمية ثقافة ريادة الأعمال في ضوء نظرية الابتكار المزعزع، وأسلوب التحليل الكمي لتحليل البيانات، واستخدم البحث أداتين من أدوات البحث العلمي المقابلة والاستبانة، للوقوف على متطلبات تنمية ثقافة ريادة الأعمال في الواقع التعليمي في ضوء الإفادة من نظرية الابتكار المزعزع، وتم إعداد مقابلة لتحقيق هذا الغرض، وتم كذلك إعداد استبانة مكونة من أربع محاور متضمنة 40 عبارة يستجيب لها أفراد عينة الدراسة وفق تدرج ليكرت الخماسي، وتوصلت الدراسة لوضع تصور مقترح للجامعات المصرية الحكومية في تنمية ثقافة ريادة الأعمال في ضوء الإفادة من نظرية الابتكار المزعزع، من خلال إجراء الآليات التي تضمنتها أبعاد التصور المقترح: آليات ترسيخ الوعي الريادي والابتكار المزعزع، وآليات دعم التعليمي الجامعي لريادة الأعمال والابتكار المزعزع، وآليات دعم الأفكار والابتكارات المزعزعة التي يمكن تطبيقها من خلال الأنشطة الطلابية، وآليات تهيئة البيئة الجامعية لتنمية ثقافة ريادة الأعمال الابتكارية المزعزعة. The main objective of the current study is to come up with a suggested vision for the development of entrepreneurial culture in the university education system in the light of the theory of disruptive innovation. The descriptive analysis method to clarify the background to the theory of disruptive innovation, and to monitor the mechanisms of public universities to develop a culture of entrepreneurship in the light of the theory of disruptive innovations, and the quantitative analysis method to analyze the data collected from the opinions of the faculty through the application of a questionnaire in an attempt to reach realistic results from academic specialists, and from Then the study used two scientific research tools, the interview and the questionnaire, to find out the requirements for developing the culture of entrepreneurship in the educational reality in the light of benefiting from the theory of disruptive innovation. The study was conducted according to the five-point Likert gradient, and the study reached a vision of the proposal of the Egyptian public universities in the development of culture The study of entrepreneurship in the light of benefiting from the theory of disruptive innovation, by conducting the mechanisms included in the dimensions of the proposed vision: mechanisms for consolidating entrepreneurial awareness and disruptive innovation, mechanisms for supporting university education for entrepreneurship and disruptive innovation, mechanisms for supporting disruptive ideas and innovations that can be applied through student activities, Mechanisms for creating a university environment to develop a culture of entrepreneurship and disruptive innovations | ||||
