| Abstract | ||||
| مستخلص البحث: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تعرف الإطار المفاهيمي للمعرفة التنظيمية ودورها في رفع الكفاءة المهنية لدى عضو هيئة التدريس بالجامعات المصرية، وذلك من خلال عرض مفهوم المعرفة التنظيمية ؛ من حيث أهميتها ، وأنواعها ، ومقومات إدارتها ، ودورها في رفع الكفاءة المهنية لدى عضو هيئة التدريس بالجامعات المصرية، ولتحقيق ذلك اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي، وقد خلص البحث إلى تفعيل دور المعرفة التنظيمية في رفع الكفاءة المهنية لدى عضو هيئة التدريس؛ للاستفادة منها في تفعيل هذا الأسلوب بالجامعات المصرية ، حيث يتبين دور المعرفة التنظيمية وأهميتها لدى عضو هيئة التدريس في رفع كفائته المهنية ، حيث إنها تحفزهم وتدعم الاتصال بينهم ،كما أنها تتيح نوعا من التعاون في العمل بينهم وتجعلهم يشاركون بعضهم البعض بممارسات جيدة ، وذلك يتطلب اهتمام من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات المصرية بتطوير نماذج المعرفة التنظيمية وسبل إدارتها واستخدام تكولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات لتسهيل عمليتي التعليم والتعلم ونقل الخبرة التنظيمية بينهم ،حيث يمكنهم ذلك من الوصول للمعرفة التنظيمية وتبادلها بينهم. Summary of the research: The current research aims to identify the conceptual framework of organizational knowledge and its role in raising the professional competence of a faculty member in Egyptian universities, by presenting the concept of organizational knowledge; In terms of its importance, types, elements of its management, and its role in raising the professional competence of a faculty member in Egyptian universities, and to achieve this, the research relied on the descriptive approach. To benefit from it in activating this method in Egyptian universities, where the role of organizational knowledge and its importance for a faculty member is evident in raising his professional competence, as it motivates them and supports communication between them, and it also allows a kind of cooperation in work between them and makes them share good practices with each other, and this requires attention Among the faculty members in Egyptian universities is the development of organizational knowledge models and ways of managing them, and the use of information and communication technology to facilitate the processes of teaching and learning and the transfer of organizational expertise between them, as they enable them to access and exchange organizational knowledge between them. | ||||
