| هدفت هذه الدراسة الاستعراضية إلى التعرف على الخبرات العالمية في تشريعات الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، عرضت الدراسة قواعد الأمم المتحدة المعيارية حول تكافؤ الفرص للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، والاهتمام الدولي بذوي الإعاقة، والحقوق التعليمية لذوي الإعاقة بموجب الاتفاقيات والمواثيق الدولية، وعرض الخبرات العربية والعالمية في تشريعات ذوي الإعاقة التي كان من أبرزها تشريعات ذوي الإعاقة في المملكة العربية السعودية، تشريعات ذوي الإعاقة في الامارات العربية المتحدة، تشريعات ذوي الإعاقة في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، وتشريعات ذوي الإعاقة في إنجلترا. This review study aimed to identify global experiences in legislation for persons with disabilities. The study presented the United Nations normative rules on equal opportunities, international concern and educational rights for persons with disabilities under international conventions and covenants. It also presented Arab and international experiences in legislation for persons with disabilities. The most prominent of which was the legislation for people with disabilities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, legislation for people with disabilities in the United Arab Emirates, legislation for people with disabilities in the United States of America, and legislation for people with disabilities in England. | ||||
