Abstract | ||
This research is studying the features of Islamic Political Jurisprudence on Saqefa Day between idealism and realism: an analytical reading. It is divided into a preface, a prelude, ten chapters, a conclusion and an index of sources. The preface contains a quick look at the issue, the previous studies, and the paradox of the research, its curriculum, and its parts. Then, the prelude discusses the meaning of Islamic Political Jurisprudence, and after that it studies the principles of political jurisprudence in the Qur’an, Sunnah, and the Prophet’s Biography. The first chapter handles the issue of the Messenger, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, not determining anyone for the Caliphate. The second chapter discusses the inevitability of the establishment of power and the issue of political competition after the death of the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him. The third chapter deals with the rule of Majority in Al-ansar's political discourse. The fourth chapter studies irritability in the political debate between idealism and realism. The fifth chapter deals with the principle of equality in political rights and the issue of (Qurashiah). The sixth chapter discusses political opposition and its association with tribal factors. The seventh chapter deals with political pluralism and the unity of the nation. The eighth chapter discusses political dialogue and tribal competition. The ninth chapter deals with the principle of free election and the success of the pledge of allegiance to Abu Bakr. The last chapter discusses analysis of the constitution of government during the era of Abu Bakr. Finally, the conclusion contains the results of the research. | ||
