| Abstract | ||||
| هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد مستوى توظيف معلمي الرياضيات لمهارات التفكير البصري في مدارس الحلقة الثانية في محافظة ظفار ، حيث اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، من خلال استخدام أداتين للدراسة، أحدهما استبانة تم اعدادها لتحديد مستوى توظيف معلمي الرياضيات لمهارات التفكير البصري في مدارس الحلقة الثانية في محافظة ظفار، طبقت على عينة تكونت من (119) معلماً ومعلمةً ثم التحقق من صدقها باستخدام صدق المحكمين وثباتها باستخدام معامل ألفا كرونباخ حيث بلغ معامل الثبات (0.95)، أما الأداة الثانية فتمثلت في بطاقة ملاحظة للبحث عن الفروق بين مستوى توظيف معلمي الرياضيات لمهارات التفكير البصري في مدارس الحلقة الثانية طبقت على عينة تكونت من (25) معلماً ومعلمةً ثم التحقق من صدقها باستخدام صدق المحكمين وثباتها باستخدام معادلة هولستي لحساب الثبات وبلغ معامل الثبات (0.83) ، وتم استخدام اختبار (ت) لمعرفة الفروق بين الذكور والاناث في مستوى توظيف معلمي ومعلمات الرياضيات لمهارات التفكير البصري، توصلت النتائج إلى أن مستوى توظيف معلمي ومعلمات الرياضيات لمهارات التفكير البصري كانت منخفضة وذلك من خلال استجابات أفراد العينة على أداة الاستبانة، كما أظهرت النتائج أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) في مستوى توظيف معلمي الرياضيات لمهارات التفكير البصري وفقاً لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي من خلال بطاقة الملاحظة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من التوصيات من أهمها تطوير محتوى دليل المعلم وتضمين بعض مهارات التفكير البصري فيه وكيفية توظيف معلمي الرياضيات لها. The current study aimed to determine the level of employment of mathematics teachers for visual thinking skills in the second cycle schools in the Governorate of Dhofar, where the study relied on the descriptive approach, through the use of two study tools, one of which is a questionnaire that was prepared to determine the level of mathematics teachers employment of visual thinking skills in the schools of the second cycle in Dhofar Governorate, it was applied to a sample consisting of (119) male and female teachers, and then verified its validity using the arbitrators’ sincerity and stability using the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, where the reliability coefficient reached (0.95). Al-Basri in the schools of the second cycle was applied to a sample consisting of (25) male and female teachers, and its validity was verified using the arbitrators’ sincerity and stability by using the Holstey equation to calculate the reliability. and mathematics teachers for visual thinking skills, the results showed that the level of employing mathematics teachers for visual thinking skills was low, through the responses of the members of the A sample on the questionnaire tool, and the results showed that there are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) in the level of mathematics teachers' employment of visual thinking skills according to the gender variable through the observation card, and the study reached a number of recommendations, the most important of which is the development of the content of the teacher's guide And include some visual thinking skills in it and how mathematics teachers can employ them | ||||
