| Abstract | ||||
| يجب الاعتناء بالشهود وتوفیر كل سبل الحمایة والراحة لهم حتى یكونوا مطمئنین في أداء شهادتهم ویجب تجریم الاعتداء على الشهود في القانون الدولي أو حتى القوانین الوطنیة باعتبار أن الشهادة دلیل قوى للإثبات متى اطمئن القاضي الدولي أمـام المحكمـة الجنائیـة الدولیـة في الدلیل المستمد من شهادة الشهود وقد بذلت المنظمات الدولیة والهیئات الدولیة السیاسیة والعلمیة من أجل حث الدول على التصدیق على النظام الأساسي للمحكمة الجنائیـة الدولیـة وذلك لبیـان دور المحكمة وهیئاتها في تحقیق العدالة الدولیة الجنائیة عن طریق المحكمة الجنائیة الدولیة. Witnesses must be taken care of and all means of protection and comfort are provided for them so that they are reassured in the performance of their testimony. Assault on witnesses must be criminalized in international law or even national laws, given that testimony is strong evidence of proof when the international judge before the International Criminal Court is satisfied with the evidence derived from the testimony of witnesses. International political and scientific bodies in order to urge states to ratify the Statute of the International Criminal Court in order to clarify the role of the court and its bodies in achieving international criminal justice through the International Criminal Court. | ||||
