Abstract | ||||
In some reliability studies, observations may be truncated, which is similar to but different from censoring, arises when observations are actually observed only when they take on values in a particular range. This paper presents maximum the likelihood method for the parameters truncated log-logistic distribution, the reliability function at mission time (to) can be obtained. A numerical example is given. | ||||
