| Abstract | ||
| In this paper, we assume that the time to failure has Log-Logistic Distribution (LLD) with two unknown parameters, whose shape parameter is affected by a certain stress through the power rule model. Maximum likelihood estimates for the unknown parameters of the power rule model and the scale parameter of LLD are obtained using type-II censored data. The Newton-Raphson method is used for solving the non-linear normal equations, we estimate the reliability function under normal conditions where the experiments are subjected to type-II censored, a numerical example is given to illustrate the theoretical results. | ||
