| Abstract | ||
| This research work is concerned with deriving a test statistic for testing the null hypothesis that a complete random sample was drain from a uniform distribution with unknown parameters. The derivation is based on some ideas used first by Shapiro & Wilk (1965). In addition, this derived test has been compared in terms of power with some other well known tests for uniformity. | ||
