| Abstract | ||
| The method of small parameter is used to obtain a new representation for the distribution of the variance ratio when the Null-Hypothesis is not true. Although the new formula is supposed to be valid only when λ(the non-centrality parameter) is large, yet it has proved to be useful for values of λ of the order 1. | ||
