| تناول البحث نماذج قياس رأس المال البشرى وطرق الافصاح عنه ومعرفة مدى توافر بيانات کافية عن رأس المال البشرى فى القوائم المالية؟ ويهدف هذا البحث الى دراسة قياس رأس المال البشرى فى منشآت المراجعة بيان نماذج قياس رأس المال البشرى والتعرف على طرق الإفصاح عنه وبيان مدى أهمية الإفصاح عن رأس المال البشرى فى القوائم المالية. ولتحقيق اهداف البحث تم عمل دراسة ميدانية تهدف إلى إستطلاع الأراء و الإتجاهات على عينة من اعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات، ومراقبى الحسابات بسجل المحاسبين والمراجعين وذلک بشأن دراسة اختلاف الأراء حول قياس رأس المال البشرى حسب الخصائص الديموجرافية فى البيئة المصرية. کلمات مفتاحية : رأس المال البشرى، قياس رأس المال البشرى ، الإفصاح عن رأس المال البشرى .
