| For the accelerated life testing with an exponential failure model and interval data, maximum likelihood estimators and asymptotic confidence intervals for the parameters of the inverse power model will be obtained. Numerical comparison among interval data, midpoints data and actual failure times in the case of censored and complete sampling will be done to examine the procedures involved in this work. | ||||
